Does anyone know the story behind H&H Midtown East Bagels, located at 1551 2nd Ave (bwn. 80 - 81 Sts.)?

Apparently, they are NOT related to the famous H&H on the UWS at 2239 Broadway.

I am not at all sure I know what the heck you are talking about.
The first url doesn't open for me and the second one lists their 2 famous locations both of which I have frequented often.
Never heard of a third location.

H&H products are NOT bagels. They're BSOs (Bagel Shaped Objects) -- grossly oversized, soft and dough-like, and sweet as cake. They overpower the flavor of smoked fish, and most other things.
