Best mustard of all time?

Sandwich party tomorrow. What's your favorite mustard preparation? What wild combination have you been jonesing to try?

    I love dijon with green peppercorns. Unfortunately it is had to find in the US

      I've never eaten it on a sandwich, only as a dip. But Anton Kozlik's Triple Crunch has got to be just about the ultimate in mustard.

          I love mustard with just about any food (within reason--I don't put it in my lasagna). Not sure if you're looking for a sandwich suggestion or just a mustard variety, but my current favorite is Terrapin Ridge brand "Caesar." I love it because you can really taste the anchovy and garlic.

            Red River made a good one, but I never tried duplicating it on my own. It's a grainy mustard mixed with finely diced jalapeno peppers. Very tasty.
