Best Philly BYOB?

I would like to try some new ones. I like small cozy, electic stylish settings with excellant food for a reasonable price. Love outside seating. Any suggestions?

    I think Matyson is, hands down, the best BYOB in town. Melograno also good.

      Radicchio has outside seating and excellent food. No reservations, though.

        Agreed. While Matyson is my fav I think Radicchio is a better choice. It has outside seating and very reasonably priced. Where else can one get Dover Sole for $22?
