where can I order berberries from?

its apparently a middle eastern spice. I cannot find it at Penzey's, my usual place to buy spices.

    It's not really a spice, but a tart dried berry. It's spelled barberry, and the Persian name is zereshk; there are a variety on online sources for it if you just search on zereshk or barberries, for example http://www.efooddepot.com/countries/I...

      Could you mean barberry? They're tiny red berries, very tart. You can find them in middle eastern shops. Penzeys doesn't carry them. You can order online from Kalustyan's:
