Tuna Entree in Brooklyn?

My sister's birthday is this weekend and she is craving some kind of grilled, seared, etc tuna steak. Not too pricey or exotic as the parents are paying and eating with.

I know this is going to sound crazy. But two weeks ago I couldn stop ordering the salad nicoise from Union Smith cafe with the Tuna done medium ( you can also get it with chicken (peh) or Salmon which I didnt like). I ordered it with Tuna 3 times in one week. Some may call this fat or even wrong but it was so good. I stopped myself so I wouldnt get sick of the meal. The tuna was perfect - rare in the middle like I like it and it was peppery on the outside. Not sure if this is what you are looking for but it was damn tasty and really affordable.
