another one bites the dust??? if i missed this & it was already posted sorry for the dupe.

this makes chaparral room, mary elaine's, the marquesa, who knows with vu and now michael's at the citadel?

not a very good summer for phoenix so far.

  1. I'm more optimistic about this one. Michael's has closed, but the chef will be opening two new places in Downtown Tempe, a much more accessible and central location than where his old restaurant was -- and he's not opening a steakhouse.

      Let's hope the Combination of Fred Unger and Michael DiMaria will be the birth of something really special.
      When Fred and Michael first collaborated it was the launch of Lon's in the mid 90's before Michael Ventured out on his own.....

      This is the the start of a whole new culinary endeavor for both......
      It could be very exciting!!!!!

          Oh well. At least, it looks like we'll get the Trattoria, the wine shop, and the market first.
