San Diego Italian, Mexican or Seafood!

[Curiosity Killed the Cat]

I'll be in San Diego in June staying at Pacific beach. Any suggestions for great Seafood, Mexican or Italian? I don't mind driving if it is not too far.

I have been to Po Pazzo, Cafe Pacifica and Gran Tapa. All excellent! So if you know any others that I may like I would love to hear about them!
