I second Teresa's, and would also recommend Buscaglia's, right across the street. I would also recommend Susan's Place in Sutter Creek.

Teresa's in Jackson is good; it's old school Italian and you get alot for your money. If you don't mind a short drive into Plymouth, I would highly recommend Taste restaurant. Excellent food with a fantastic wine list too boot. They are on the web so I would check them out if you have the chance. You won't be disappointed.
