chicken and rice stews ? spicy would be great

For dinner tonight any ideas?

  1. there are a couple of korean style ones that I know of, if either soy sauce or red pepper paste appeal to you. If you like, I can dig up the recipes. The soy one isn't traditionally that spicy, but I add dried chile peppers. THe rice isn't usually cooked in these stews, but eaten with. I have added it with though.

    1. Country Captain Chicken should fit the bill. If you have the ingredients , it's very easy and the rice cooks in the dish. Just open and eat.

      1. For a little Cajun flare, do a search for "CHICKEN FRICASSEE" Add a little Tabasco Sauce and you're set.
