Best Turkey Burger in/close to Silver Lake

Last night I was really jonesin' for a great Turkey what you can expect from Pie n' Burger or Wolfe Burgers, in Pasadena. Can anyone advise where I can get something that close to me, without having to drive 15 min. out to Pasadena or to Downtown LA (Fat Burger)?

Fat burger does one of the better turkey burgers I've ever had. Word to the wise -- it's better fried than broiled.

fried on a grill or fried as in deep?

Fried on a grill. But now that you mention it...

    2. You might try "Home" on Hillhurst for their Turkey-burg.

Second Home, as well as Eat Well below.

      2. Madame Matisse on Sunset has an outstanding turkey burger...

        1. Eatwell (on Sunset in SL, and in Glendale on Brand) has turkey-burgers, as does Brite Spot (Sunset at Glendale Bl.). and Coffee Table (on Rowena near Ivanhoe School, at least for the time being) There are those that like each of 'em, and there are those that don't...

I'll second the turkey burger at Coffee Table.

"(... at least for the time being) it's been a while since I've eaten at CT; is the silverlake location going to close?

Word is, or has been for the last year, that the SL location will be closing and the building torn down as part of the project taking up that block of Rowena. I'm told they've negotiated a space in the new building once it's up, but also that the demolition of the old building was going to start, originally, no later than April '07, but the Thursday Night Silverlake Gentlemen's Grumbling Club convened their ususal meeting there just last Thursday. . .

          2. I put my money on the one served at Blair's during brunch/lunch. Topped with gruyere cheese, housemade pickles, lettuce and sauce. Grilled Bun. Served with a nice side of herbed thinnish fries.
