  1. Four Seasons Beverly Hills or Ritz Carlton Pasadena. You might check out the Sunday brunch at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills as well. All are probably in the $60 pp range.

do you know anyone at the Jonathan Club?? if yes then I recommend hitting up the Beacg Club!! you will love the Brunch!

now if you don't have any friends that are members, then I recommend the shutters in Santa Monica... or Inn at the Seventh Ray on Topanga Cyn!

    2. Does it have to be a buffet?

I would go for the Hotel Bel Air.

Four Seasons Beverly Hills or Ritz Carlton Pasadena sound right up our alley, we were thinkin we wanted to try one of those fancy hotel brunch's, so those are the top 2 as far as hotel brunch buffets go?

I think so. The Trump Pacific Trails brunch was also spectacular the one time we went, and it has a great view if you want to drive on down to the PV Peninsula.

          Second Bel-Air and Four Seasons.

i Cugini has a great brunch buffet in SM. Jer-Ne in the marina and the Unviersal Hilton are really good too, as is the Queen Mary and Cafe Pacific at Trump's Golf Course

The i Cugini Sunday brunch is underwhelming. Basically chafing dish food, most of which looks fancy but is tasteless. Not worth the $40+ a head.
