Need a Romantic Lunch Spot in Beverly Hills

Il Cielo is very romantic, even at lunch-time. It is on Burton Way very close to the Four Seasons.

If you change your mind, Il Cielo on Burton Way is in my mind the most romantic BH restaurant, followed closely by the Polo Lounge at the BH Hotel.

Spago is great but not what I would call romantic...

Not in Beverly Hills, but on third is The Little Door. Romantic,yes! Hip and fun..ummm sort of?

Frankly, I find nothing more romantic than when my husband feeds me ethiopian food from Rahel. Eating with one's hands can be very sensuous.

Definitely Spago, as it's a classic.

Nic's Martini Lounge might be an interesting choice.

Il Pastaio is nice as well. I like The Belvedere and The Polo Lounge, though I don't know if romantic would be the first descriptor for those.

The problem with Spago is that, unless you are sitting in the atirum area, the place is usually quite loud with lots of hustle and bustle going on.

Romantic and classy are found as a duo but hip and fun seem like they belong to another type of restaurant altogether. Which are you most interested in?

A few places, like Grace, are all of the above. Jar might also work, although neither of these are in BH.

Excellent, creative and reasonably priced fusion food, and while I wouldn't call it romantic it's a nice space.

Spago, of course, is an obvious rec. Also, consider Enoteca Drago, nice ambience and good menu. I can't remember the name of the place in a hotel just east of Beverly Drive on Olympic, (or whether they serve lunch) but perhaps someone else will chime in. It would certainly meet the hip quotient.

i second enoteca. probably the best italian in town right now. much better food than next door (il pastaio, same owners) and better service. ask for alessio, hes a part owner, i promise u he will make u feel like a king!
