Brewing beer, curing meat, or making cheese?

Tinto or Amada???... please help

I am trying to decide between either of these two culinary gems... I have dined at Amada and absolutely love it... so does my fiance... and we have not been there in quite awhile. We both do not eat meat, but love all types of seafood, cheeses, and veggies... interested in trying Tinto, but worried we will left unsatisfied, especially considering the price... any suggestions or opinions are very much appreciated.

    Went to Tinto last night for dinner--exceptional food. Every dish was just amazing. I'd say Tinto for food, Amada for ambiance. Love Amada too, but food is more complex and satisfying at Tinto.

      Thanks for the advice... went to Tinto and had one of the most memorable meals I have ever had in my life... truly fantastic... Thanks again.
