Places to get notable liquors in Madrid

I am curious about the notable spanish liquors, and where to buy them. I am interested in bringing back a bottle of hierbas and a bottle of pacharan. If there are other liquors, please let me know, as I only know of these two.

I don't know anything about brands, how much they cost, etc., so please help me. I want quality stuff. I want real hierbas that's very high alcohol content, and good pacharan (not from a bathtub).
