Is there literally nowhere in Boston to get it? I just realized I've never seen it at any of our pseudo-delis.

A month ago, it would have been easy to find in many people's homes.--it is out of season! .... Have you tried S&S in Cambridge or Rubins??

      Yeah, it's nowhere. Actually I didn't check Zaftig's.
I know what you mean about when people make it themselves, but if it's on a deli menu at all, it's always there...

I do see it on the Zaftig's menu (aka Fried Matzo)

It's probably not as good as my homemade!

Joan & Ed's in Natick doesn't have a full menu online but I'd bet they'd have it.

Lord, I'm lazy. Thanks for letting me know!
Zaftig's, eh. Still, if they've got it, they've got it--I'll let you all know how it is!

i'll tell you now - it's very very dry. when i ate it i literally had to go home and make my own the very next day, just to get the taste out of my mouth.

Joan and Ed's does have it and like most of the rest of their fare, it's just okay.

Lendy's in Saugus has it. Be forewarned. It was not up to the (very high) standards set by my grandmother.

Is that it? Sigh. Deplorable conditions!
