St-Canut pork

Recently I've seen several write-ups on the upscale fatty pork from St-Canut Farms(located north of Montreal). Where can I find it in Montreal? It seems to be served at Toque! & Joe Beef restaurants. Any butcher shops in Montreal carrying it?

Had dinner at the house of some Mile End friends yesterday and the main course was roasted shoulder of Saint-Canut pork. Was told it had been was purcahsed at Marché Latina on St-Viateur. The store's website also mentions that they carry it. www.chezlatina.com

do you know if you can buy the porc at the farm itself? I live in Hawkesbury and St Canut is less than 30 minutes away
