Tresca recs?

Never been before. Any standouts or stay aways? TVMIA

  1. We went for the first time earlier this year. Highlights for me were the "Tresca Misti" a large plate of antipasti with both fresh and roasted vegetables, grilled jumbo shrimp, and cured meats, and the linguini and shrimp with garlic and lemon-thyme butter.

    1. Pappardelle with wild mushrooms is outstanding.

      1. I LOVE the lamb skewers and veal meatballs on the bar menu. I also really enjoy the cioppino.

          Oh, I forgout about the veal meatballs. I agree, we've had those also and thought they make a perfect bar snack.

          BTW, Tresca now has a full bar - a friend and I were able to snag one of those lovely two-tops by the floor-to-ceiling open windows and enjoy some cocktails this past Saturday, one of my favorite spots for pre-dinner drinks on a nice summer night in the North End. We had excellent service too, I should add.
