Cleaning Nambe

A Nambe piece was mistakenly put in the dishwasher and now it's "cloudy" and discolored. Any suggestions on restoring it's original shine without sending back to Nambe for repolishing? Thanks.

I'd use the Nambe polish - it's always worked great on those cloudy water spots, although I've never put a piece in the dishwasher. We bought it at Bed, Bath, and Beyond for about 10$.

You might try Never-Dull found in most hardware stores and made for polishing all types of metals. I believe Nambe used to make its own cleaner. I have not looked for it in a long time. Never-Dull will not scratch and you can even use it on sterling.
