Simple recipe for unleavened bread/pita?

Looking find an easy recipe for bread without leavening, waiting, etc. Just want to mix and bake.

don't let the title of the link scare you off.... it's not for those wafers.
It does have baking powder, but you don't have to wait to let it rise.

I read the recipe, and I am curious. The picture looks like a "pocket" has developed. Does this recipe reliably produce a pocket that I could stuff falafel into??
      Thanks, p.j.

Im not an "expert" baker, and I have only made it once. It was not a well defined pocket on each of the loaves, but with a little bit of judicious slicing, I think it would work.

Pita is leavened - there's always flour tortillas

Flour tortillas are also leavened, usually by baking powder.

        There's always corn tortillas.
