desperate - need great caterer for rehearsal dinner

We are planning dinner for 70-80 people - Friday night in the fall - wanted a restaurant in Southeast Westchester - flexible as to type but can't seem to find one big enough to accomodate us. We don't want a hotel - prefer some place with more charm. We are exploring venues - ie mansions that use independent caterers. Any suggestions? We are looking to have a fun, more casual party since the wedding will be quite formal.

We used Michael Joseph's for our home wedding and the food was outstanding. Not the typical wedding food. They did a top of the line job and were reasonably priced.

Give Leslie a call at Ladle of Love in Mt. Kisco. http://www.ladleoflove.com/

I think The Flying Pig still has their train station space for Private Parties, you could try them as well. http://www.pigcafe.com/nav/hvediblear...

I highly recommend Matt Miller Culinary Productions. He has been in the business for 20+ years and does excellent work. He can make almost any cuisine and will do it as casual or sophisticated as you desire. They may also be able to recommend venues for your affair. Please check out his website:
