Congrats on your juicer!!! I'm a huge fan of juicing and it truly makes your whole body feel fantastic. If you are new to juicing, I suggest beginning with some "easy" combos and then once you are used to the flavors and the "juice rush" you get, you can try more exotic recipies.
Buy fresh organic produce. Juicing pesticides kind of defeats the purpose.
Some great combos to begin with are:
-apple, carrot, and celery
-carrot, beet, celery
-fennel and celery
-carrot and ginger
For some super healthy concoctions
-apple, carrot, ginger, kale, chard, beet
-apple, cranberries, kale, spinach, sweet potato
-chard, kale, collards, celery, carrots, apple, beet
There's not much out there that you can't juice. Just be sure to drink your juice very soon after you make it or the beneficial living enzymes in the juice will die off due to exposure to air.

That sounds delicious! I never thought to juice mint. I used to do a juice detox once a month and plan to do so again once I have my baby. 5 weeks to go!
I also like adding grapefruit to my combos. And bell peppers make any recipe spicy and fresh.
A tasty bloody-mary like recipe is celery, tomatoes, bell peppers, parsley, spinach, 1/2 clove garlic, 1/8 vidallia onion, and cucumber.
And a juice made from ice cold celery is so cleansing and refreshing in the summer after a big meal.
