Dinner for 100 in Laguna
Hello all,
I need a recommendations for a restaurant or hotel (with good food) for a dinner for 100 people in Laguna Beach near the Montage. I have called a couple of places, but most cannot hold that many. We are looking for someplace casual and fun.

My company sponsored a dinner for 50 at Tivoli Terrace a few years ago and several of my customers commented very favorably about it. I was not available that evening to go to the event so I have no personal opinion of it but as I recall the comments ran something to the effect that it was better than they expected and the salmon was the best they had ever had.
Maybe someone on this board has personal experience they can relay.

The restaurant is now called K-ya, but that's a good idea. Also is the downstairs room at the Hotel Laguna if Clae's is catering would hold 100 & is right on the beach, although the views are much better from Rooftop. Te Amo's patio might be able to hold you all is is lovely & close. You MIGHT be able to take over Hush - I would think they'd be thrilled to close the place down for 100! You might ask Rich Mead at Sage on the Coast if he'd shut down the restaurant for a night. As you've found out, there's nothing that large in Laguna.
