      <content>Has anyone been here yet? It&#8217;s on Vallejo just off Polk &#8230; a block from Broadway. 

What do you like? 

I&#8217;ve been reading they have everything from old-fashioned penny candy to artisan chocolates (local and imported) They seem to have a lot of hard-to-find candies. 

Some of the interesting items: 

- chocolate-covered caramel pretzels from V Chocolates
- different types of malt balls including peanut butter 
- French pate de fruit
- crystal cuts &#8230; hand cut hard candies
- Zotter chocolate bars
- fleur de sel caramels
- French river stones which look like stones &#8230; candy-coated apricot paste, marzipan almonds, chocolate 
- Green and black chocolate olives &#8230; almond &#8216;pit&#8217;covered with butterfinger-type coating and covered in chocolate 
- British Cadbury's &#8230; like Cadbury flakes and buttons 
- Caffarel chocolate bars
- Saltwater Taffy from Atlantic City 
- cotton candy
- Benard Castellan chocolate bars

They make favors for events like bridal showers, weddings, birthdays, etc. The owners are supposed to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They will give some samples.
