I'm looking for a caterer to hire for my 30th Birthday up and my parent's summer home near Manchester, Vermont. It's going to be a dinner party for about 15-17 friends. Can anyone suggest someone who cooks fresh, non-fussy food on-site? I wouldn't mind paying for someone to come up from the upstate NY area, or nearer. Thanks!

I highly recommend Local Harvest Catering and Specialty Foods out of Danby, VT. Call Beth Vickers at 802-293-2393. She was a vendor at the Dorset Farmers' Market last year (and former chef at the Dorset Inn) and her food is wonderful.
