We're sightseeing Brandywine, Valley Forge, New Hope. Did the Chadds Ford Tavern last night. Only so-so. One dish not cooked, small drinks. However, based on a chow tip, did the Black Lab Bistro, in Phoenixville, for lunch while at Valley Forge NHP. Terrific! It's in historic district, on Bridge road. Anything with Crab is good; there's a "first course" of potato pancake, smoked salmon(seared on a wood grill), sour cream, and a touch of caviar. Yum! It's a byob.
