<content>I read about Edelweiss Chocolate this spring and finally decided to indulge my hankering for chocolate covered marshmallows, which are my favorite candy and hard to find outside Valentine's Day and Easter. I placed a mail order for two boxes of dark chocolate covered, which were delivered today, complete with a an ice pack. It had melted enroute to Michigan, but the chocolate had not.

The chocolate is delicious, easily as good as Bissinger's, and the marshmallow inside is light and fluffy. The assortment includes mocha, mint, caramel, plain and some other flavors. You can get all dark, all milk or mixed. It's definitely a special treat given the price, but if you like marshmallows, give them a try. You need to place a phone order, since they don't take orders via the Web.
