Spring Street Natural's tomato bread?

Spring Street Natural- one of my fave brunch spots! They have this pink bread that is made in-house that comes in their bread baskets... It's so good that I want a recipe! Any ideas, anyone? It's funny because this bread is almost like cake- it's definitely sweet, probably non-yeasted, and just delicious. In fact, we never knew it was sundried tomato until we finally asked one day- we always thought it was like raspberry or something else sweet and pink!
