San Francisco Baking Institute...?

heard good things about classes here, do they also have a retail bakery or cafe attached to the school, if yes, I am sure the breads and pastry are excellent.
Anybody taken classes there, and I also heard they offer apprenticeship or internship program at the school? thanks,

a friend of mine went there. she said they have really cool equipment. she loved the program, and i don't know any that are comparable. GO FOR IT! she did say it was pricey but hey don't let that discourage you!
