Buga is your best bet. The quality of the panchan and meat is very good. Their nyung mung has also improved as well--the noodles are on the chewy side, not crunchy like before. Lentil pancake, dumpling soup (Korean version of won ton soup w/ rice cake floating around in the broth) and spicy beef soups are all good. They have a lunch menu which serves ample portions for about $10 or so a dish. And you still get panchan with it!
