Sorry- a while ago there was a discussion of a restaurant where the Les Chevres chef moved to. Does anyone know the name of it? I think it's down on Prince Arthur maybe?
He`s now at Laloux. BTW, he will e giving a seminar next Sunday in Old Montreal during the festival Montreal Gourmand. I think he will be cooking desserts outdoors and willl be signing his book
