Sorry- a while ago there was a discussion of a restaurant where the Les Chevres chef moved to. Does anyone know the name of it?I think it's down on Prince Arthur maybe?
me think it's the pastry chef, Patrice Demers, you are talking about and he moved to Laloux on L'avenue des Pins.
He`s now at Laloux. BTW, he will e giving a seminar next Sunday in Old Montreal during the festival Montreal Gourmand. I think he will be cooking desserts outdoors and willl be signing his book
