capital grill - been there?

Having dinner there and would like some feeback. Any item really stand out apart from the usual steakhouse fare?

Ive been to the NYC location and the Vegas location. I found both to be very consistent and good quality. Service was outstanding. Try the calamari for sure. The delmonico was very good, as good as any Ive had at some of the best steakhouses.

I've been to the one in Wash D.C., not bad.

It's pretty typical chain. Everything is formulaic. There are certainly better steaks to be had.

Went once for lunch. It's fine, but not great. I disagree on the tuna--pretty mediocre.

I was at the one in Charlotte and consider the experience the best restaurant place I've ever had. And Im not even a big steak lover, but it was the best food, best drink, best service all in all - and I recall having a Delmonico cut steak. You sould enjoy.

I've been to the one in Tampa, FL. The calamari appetizer was delicious and so was the tuna steak.
