The lady was right on time and cooked 3 kinds of meat -- chicken, beef and pork. Everything was well seasoned. Rice and beans, salsas, onions and radishes were tasty. The very nice lady served everyone whatever they wanted and would warm the tortillas for a minute or so beforehand. Everyone at the party had a great time! Only caveat -- if you don't speak Spanish, might help to have a friend who does. Setting up/winding down could be a little difficult (at least it would have been for us had we not had Spanish speaking friends around) as the lady who helped us told me she only spoke a little English.
