Hong Kong Low Deli in the Alley Closed

Following up on another poster from last month who saw the Hong Kong Low apparently close down with equipment being carted away, it does look like they're out of business. While there are some fixtures inside there's no sign of food and the place was closed at noontime. No explanatory signs, though.

Was this the place for Dim Sum across the street and up from Phoenix Bakery?

Yes, it was. Dimsum was nothing great, but it was a part of a restaurant some time ago, then a small dimsum takeout later.

I was nearby last week and noticed that they weren't open. That's too bad, another institution bites the dust.
