vegas: Prime, SW or Charlie Palmer's?

Any advice? I'm looking for a steakhouse with top quality steaks that serve them with that thick crust from high heat cooking.

i'm staying at treasure island, so if you have any feedback on their steakhouse, that'd be great too!

        comparable to Peter Luger's?

what cuts did you get? Luger's specializes in porterhouse right?

Nothing compares to PL IMO but had a great steak at SW this weekend. Very nice vibe outside overlooking the waterfall with great service. You can't lose choosing between Prime and SW, both are outstanding. Boa is not in their class.

i've been to prime once a year since it opened in 98. its terrific -- a classic steakhouse. you can't compare it to PL, save to say that the dining experience, tho completely different, is just as good. and prime accepts all credit cards.

There is no comparison between Peter Luger's and Prime...NONE! 1st of all the beef is what sets the 2 apart and quite honestly, there is NO steak place in LV that will have the quality beef that Lugers does. As far as atmosphere, again NO comparison...Prime is gorgeous while Lugers is...well Lugers, although the attitudes at Prime are alot better, at times they can be similar, and that's not a good thing!
