Lunch suggestions in Mesa @ McDowell & Higley

A female friend of mine will be in the area around 11:00 and needs suggestions for lunch. If the place serves wine or marquerita's with good food that is even better.
she had no price range so anything that fits is appreciated. Thanks.

If she wants Italian, Cafe Roma is nearby. Keep in mind that they are closed on Mondays.

I've heard very good feedback on Red, White, & Brew on McDowell and Power. They have an interesting menu and do have a handpicked wine list:

Thanks for the suggestion and the website. The menu looks quite extensive, I am sure there will be something on there that she will want to try. Do you know if there are any places to the west of Higley & McDowell that are worth going to? She'll be coming from the airport.
