The Best Garlic Toast EVER!

Combine 3 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. parmesan or romano or combination of the two, 1 tbsp/ garlic paste, 1 tbsp. olive oil. Spread on any bread (thin sliced or thick french, sourdough, etc) Broil until brown and bubbly. Makes 4 slices. It's fabulous!!

  1. Yup- we do the same thing- except I make a compound butter with fresh garlic. When our teen makes it, she uses garlic powder instead. This is what we do when we have leftover bread.

    1. My favorite garlic bread is: butter, parmesan, fresh garlic, parsley & salt. that cheese really makes it!
