Does anyone know if it is possible to make ice cream with egg whites only? If so, have a recipe?
Why would you want to do that? If you don't want to use eggs, why not just make the basic ice cream with milk, sugar, cream & vanilla?
Being new to ice cream making -- and making ice cream every other day since I bought my ice cream maker 1-1/2 weeks ago-- I've thought of making the richer variety w/ eggs, but wondered why I should use the whites and not just the yolks.
