Cooking Classes in Taiwan?

We are going to Taiwan for a couple of weeks. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good cooking classes that we could take while we are there?

      Hey,we saw them on TV, the Discovery Channel program about Taiwanese food, and found this. They have some amazing recipes there, like Fried Rice with Pesto!
