Great steak with toddler

We have some guests from out of town. They're from a place where they can't get good steak, so we'd like to take them to a good steakhouse. The twist is that we also have a toddler (18 months) who needs to come along. Any recommendations? They're staying at Cambridge, so we'd prefer to be not to far from Cambridge. This will be for an early dinner on Friday evening (like 5pm). Thanks!

How about The Stockyard? Plenty of families there and fairly decent steaks.

We like Jimmy's Steer house in Arlington, one town over. It's a big family place, and they give our little one who is now 22 mo crayons, and she runs around and no one minds. And I really like their steak, although I don't like their other foods, chicken, Italian... *cringe*. It's a casual family place, but it gets fairly packed if it gets past 6 on the weekends.

Frank's in north Camb. for a casual place. A toddler at 5PM would probably be a semi regular occurrence.

conmpletely agree with joanie. franks would be the best place to take a kid. great food, relaxed atmosphere.

Frank's was my first thought too.

I know it has been hotly debated in the past, but I'd do Jimmy's over Frank's any day. My Frank's experience was horrible service and horribly overcooked steaks.
