Cyrus Chef's Tasting Menu, in Photos

Since we were going to be up in the area for French Laundry, we decided to check out Cyrus, which had been getting rave reviews as of late. The two restaurants are often compared, though I didn't think Cyrus was quite up to the level of the Laundry. Nevertheless, Chef Keane definitely has a winner in his hands.

The menu in brief:
Canapés: Asparagus Tartare with Pickled Radish / Fava Bean Falafel with Harissa / Yamaimo Frittata with Pickled Mango Coulis
Amuse Bouche: Bigeye Tuna, Pickled Rramps, and Crème Fraîche
