Ideas for Brooklyn Shabbos Take-Out

A comment on another thread lead me to wonder about this:
Has anyone got good suggestions for Shabbos Take-out from some Brooklyn restaurants.
I know that there are plenty of take-out places, but I'm looking for some fresh ideas when the need arises.

What part of Brooklyn? And are you driving or using public transport?

I would be driving, and would be in the extended Boro Park and Flatbush vicinities (Ave. J, Ave. M, Kings Highway, Coney Island Avenue, Nostrand Avenue, .....) Not Williamsburg or Crown Heights areas.

P.S. Aside from restaurant take out, I'm also open to suggestions of good take-out places that I'm not already familiar with (Gourmet on J, Chap a Nosh, the one on Nostrand and Ave. M, Meisner's, Meal Mart, Nesher).
