Chili Con Carne

Looking for opinions on where to get the best Chili Con Carne in San Francisco Proper

Interesting question. Memphis Minnie's has a mean bowl - its spicy and they add brisket scraps into it. For me, beans in chili is a no-no and most places in SF use beans so I'd have to say Minnie's or my house.
