Any suggestions near Tacoma/South of SEA?

Hi all, I'm going to be traveling next week for work and staying south of the airport near Tacoma for just one night. My flight is getting in at 9:00 pm, so I'm looking for a place that stays open late enough for dinner. Something fairly casual...I love seafood (especially in the NW), but really open to anything....any suggestions? thanks...

Traub, After getting your luggage, car, etc. you won't reach Tacoma until after 10:00. (The bewitching hour when we Southenders get together, wear gang colors and go for night rides.) My suggestion is The Matador in Tacoma. They serve food until 2:00 a.m. While it's Tex-Mex, it's good Tex-Mex. The Tex-Mex egg rolls, Nachos and Habenero enchiladas are excellent. (As is their selection of Tequilas). A true Chowhound destination. Otherwise, you're relegated to the 13 Coins at Sea-Tac where you will have an inexplicable urge to watch Dean Martin movies while ordering steak "Sinatra". If the blue-haired lounge singer seems strangely attactive, you've been up too long. Either way, go to The Southern Kitchen (Sixth & Division) in Tacoma for a great catfish, cornbread, home-fries breakfast. If you decide to wear colors, wear a green scarf so we'll know you're a Chowhound and not a Blood.
