Opus - Baco Tuesday

Finally tried The Baco last night. Fried pork belly and short rib carnitas served with a "pico de gallo" and some yummy sauce spread on a flatbread. Very very very delicious! If noone was around, I would have rolled that puppy up and eaten the whole thing by hand.

Had a nice bottle of sparkling shiraz too.

Our server Travis rocked.

      Bacos are a thing of great beauty! I can skip the tofu one but we usually can't decide which of the others to get and invariably end up getting them all. Fantastic value, too.

          Actually, I think you're supposed to (or at least encouraged to) eat it that way (i.e. rolled up and by hand.) Kind of like you would a taco, right?

          I found the fried pork belly ones to be quite tasty but really far too rich and greasy for more than a bite or two. The rest were good.
