I know, sacrilege....trust me, I know. That said, sometimes you just have to give yourself a breather, ya know?

Anyway, when I looked at the http://freshdining.com/ website I was impressed with their menu. Is there a manhattan equivalent?

Thanks...

Yep, I've used both Zone Chefs and NuKitchen. I like NuKitchen way better, both the food and the flexibility (ability to cancel meals).

I have some coupons laying around for NuKitchen, let me know if you want them.

I've been on nukitchen now for about a year. I do it for all the healthy factor as well as the convenience. I work in Stamford CT and lunch options are slim, so I bring nukitchen. At dinner time I like to cook though, so I mostly just eat breakfast and lunch from nukitchen.

I think if ones sticks to it for the full 5 meals a day, you would lose a lot of weight as well. when I did stick to it, I think I lost 4 lbs/week. But I like to be able to cook my dinners as well, so I am losing about 1 lb/week.
