As you probably already know, the "Filet Mignonof Tuna" is their signature dish and, although it's wonderful, the last time we went to USC, we tried one of their nightly specials and it was spectacular. It was medallions of venison. I don't know if you're in to game meats, but I'd go for the lamb entree and the porcini gnocchi straight from the menu or one of the specials. Although anything you order at USC will be fabulous - I promise.
