Would anyone know of a butcher in the Twin Cities that sells prime beef? Thanks.

Lund's and Byerly's sell dry-aged Prime grade beef.

They also sell dry-aged Choice grade beef.

Lund's and Byerly's no longer sell prime beef. They might have
a few steaks left, but when those are gone, there will be no more. :-(

I believe Kowalski's still sells prime beef (not dry-aged though).

Kowalski's does list prime beef on their website. Thanks.

Is Kowalski's wet-aged or unaged? Just wondering. I know last month when I bought steak, Lund's had it, but now that I think about it, the only prime beef they had in the case Sunday was a standing rib roast.
