Vietnamese Sauce - Need help identifying this.

I recently ate this delicious pork rice roll (nem nuong) and the sauce used isn't the typical fish sauce. can anyone identify this?

i'm guessing it consists of ground sweet rice, ground shrimp, coconut milk, fish sauce and chili garlic sauce. i'd love to recreate this at home. thanks.

It's not Nuoc Tuong, is it? The ground up stuff might be yellow beans. There are a million recipes on the net but here's one more.

1 cup yellow beans, boiled and drained
    2 tablespoons coconut milk
    2 tablespoons ground peanuts
    2 teaspoons sugar
    3 cloves garlic
    Dash allspice
    1 medium red chili
    1 stalk lemongrass
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil

You grind all the ingredients except the veg. oil in a food processor, then saute in oil
