Eating at the Bar @ Berns

Is there a less expensive steak available at the bar at Berns? I seem to remember going there with a local who knew about the unpublicized steak that could be ordered only at the bar. Please say it true!

They also offer an appetizer portion of Chicken Bern, which is both reasonably-priced (for Bern's) and a good option either for anyone who isn't up for steak or has been there often enough to be ready for a change once in a while.

They have a steak sandwich that runs about 15 bucks, strictly at the bar.

I've not had it but that is the famous bar menu item offered and it's quite good from what I hear.
