      <content>Your best bet is to buy a ready mixture for Jal Jeera from either the "Everest" or "Shaan" brands, from any Indian/Pakistani grocery store. Also, the salt you mention is 'rock salt'.</content>

      <content>Kala Namak is called "black salt" in English. It is mined but has a high and very noticeable mineral content compared with regular rock salt.

Vik's uses it on cashews, the sulfur in the salt gives them a surprising hard-boiled-egg flavor.</content>
